Service Description

Mixed level mixed apparatus class. Every week, we will work on a new sequence on the following apparatuses. If we have an additional week we can do review or create something new! This is aimed for beginner level but not necessarily an intro level. Please register in advance in case I have to send an email regarding the attire for the class.
